Yoga Supports Recovery at SOS Recovery Centers
All are welcome, no experience required. In this all levels class you will learn to move through basic yoga poses and to use your breath to become more connected with yourself. Poses will include standing and floor, and variations will be offered to suit all levels. Integrate your body and mind, and feel more empowered- on and off your mat.
