Please sign up for each class before you attend. We meet on the lawn, in front of the Whale Statue. Plan accordingly for weather and sun protection.

In 2005, Seacoast yoga teachers collaborated to bring their collective passion for yoga outside to our beautiful harbor town with five free, outdoor classes. The spirit of collaboration was born that summer. Since then, we have offered free public classes every summer in the stunning Prescott Park. The mutual respect between teachers on the Seacoast brings power to the work we do here, at Yoga in Action.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
